I have taken all my cars to Mark and Marcie and have always had excellent care at fair prices. They first find the problem and give you the straight story on how it can be fixed. No extras you don’t need. The kind of shop you want to use cover and over because you are treated like family
Marci was extremely empathetic, very rare in a mechanic. She was thoughtful, patient, kind and explained in a manner that I could understand. She didn't make me feel stupid and she genuinely cared. They are fair and honest, what else do you want from a mechanic shop.
I would recommend them based on my experience. The engine light was on with an error code on my CVT Honda Accord. They figured out the error and got the original part from Honda and fixed my Car the very next day. During this process I was well informed about the charges for the parts and labor. I'd keep using Aamco for my future needs.
Blown away by their service. I had a major transmission issue while in town for the weekend. Not only where they the only shop that answered the phone with 15 mins to close (thank you Travis), they helped navigate towing, working with warranty company (thank you Beep Beep), provided a vehicle to drive home out of state and did an extremely quick and great job on the repairs. Overall customer service and care was top-notch (thank you Marcy!).
